Initial consultations are free.

​Individual counselling is $140 for a 1-hour session. I believe in accessible mental health care services for all and have a limited number of sliding scale fees available, please inquire at the time of consultation. Payment for individual sessions are due before or at the beginning of the session by cash or electronic money transfer.

​Receipts will be issued after payment for your record and to support insurance claims. Although psychotherapy is not currently covered by OHIP, many private insurance companies do cover psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist, please consult your insurance provider and policy for additional details.
