I have an eclectic and person-centered approach to counselling that is rooted in a compassionate therapeutic alliance. I work with clients from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens and my practice has been influenced by Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Buddhist principles. I believe that engaging in a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship can help you overcome obstacles, find meaning, and move you towards your values and goals in life.
